I was in town for only a few days with my dog to visit family. It was exactly what I was looking for, a place for my dog and I to relax with a small kitchen to make things a bit easier and to avoid eating out all the time when I was not with family. I did not need the laundry room or work out facility but appreciated that they were there if needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I plan to return the next time a hotel is needed my visits.

The room was great. Had issues with the WiFi but the staff member at front desk had a troubleshoot method that worked very well. He did a great job with attentiveness and solving the issue. The place could use some upkeep but honestly it wasn’t bad to say much about it. Close distance to EVERYTHING and it’s in a safe area. I’ll be back.

This hotel was perfect for our short trip to Charleston. Located directly across the bridge from historical downtown with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and well designed with a good size kitchen and comfortable bed. The staff was very pleasant and ready to help with anything we needed. We would definitely stay again when back in the area.

We had a great stay with Candlewood. Upon arrival we had an issue with the third party booking we chose, but the manager Rachael was able to fix it and help us get into our room! The room was clean and spacious as well as all the amenities and the staff were so friendly/helpful!
