This was our first trip to Charleston so expectations for the hotel were HIGH. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The property is close to King Street so walkable to shops and restaurants. There's a great bar/restaurant onsite as well. Would definitely recommend!

This boutique hotel is located right off King Street, a perfect spot for shopping and dining, yet quiet and cozy. We had a spacious room, super comfy bed and large bathroom. My only thought was that it could have used a floor lamp for a variety of lighting options. The staff friendly and helpful, the valet service wonderful. Coffee and chocolate croissants from the bakery across the street were provided in the morning. Although we did not try the restaurant, it seemed popular! Fantastic value and option for your stay in Charleston. We have a wedding next spring and I will recommend this hotel as an option for our guests !

Initially, we chose this property for the location because it is so central to all of the attractions everything is walkable and all the great shopping on King Street is just around the corner. We were very happy to find it was such a wonderful property. Certainly provided for all of our necessities and then some. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing enjoyable visit to Charleston.

We had constant music noise in our room, balcony door wouldn't lock & housekeeping never showed up last day. On the positive great location, large & comfortable room. It is a bit of a walk to better restaurants but we're fit so not an issue. Our next visit I will stay elsewhere but this is a solid choice.

This was our second stay at Hotel Richemont, and once again it was stellar. It is always nice to return somewhere and find it just as good as you remembered — and it certainly did not disappoint. Two stays in a row now and the service, atmosphere and overall experience have been consistently excellent. It is a small, modern and vibrant boutique hotel, perfectly located right on King Street and literally steps away from everything. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, with a special mention to Isabella and Diane, who were both professional, helpful and just wonderful to us. They really added to our stay. In fact, we found all of the staff to be exemplary. We also absolutely loved Two Bit, the fantastic restaurant at the hotel — great food, great atmosphere and definitely worth a visit even if you are not staying at the hotel. A fabulous little gem in the heart of the city. After two excellent stays, we know we will happily return again and would absolutely recommend it to our friends and family!

Great location. Nice ambiance. Parking is so expensive and you are expected to tip the valet with pick drop off and pick up. Our rooms balcony was overlooking the air conditioners and so was blocked off to any view, very disappointing.
