We had a great time in Charleston. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent. We were located next to the free shuttle bus and right by King Street, so we were in easy access to local sites, restaurants, and shopping. We highly recommend this Hampton Inn.

For what we need it was excellent. We had breakfast in the morning and we're gone all day. The pool was our recovery in the evenings. Perfect location for walking. It was a little hard to find initially especially in the dark. We did not know the garage price per night so that caught us off guard. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

Love the location, the hotel and staff! Toilets need desperately to be upgraded! Very small and low to floor and the location of the toilets tissue is extremely awkward. Bed very comfortable! Nice pillows.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn Charleston Historic District, and I especially want to recognize Kristie at the front desk. She was absolutely outstanding! From the moment we arrived, she was warm, welcoming, helpful, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Her customer service truly stood out and made such a positive impression on us. The hotel itself was wonderful as well. Our room was clean and comfortable, the pool was great, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. The location was also perfect for exploring Charleston. Overall, we had a fantastic experience, and Kristie deserves a special shoutout for making us feel so welcomed and taken care of. Employees like her are what make guests want to come back. We would absolutely stay here again!
