The hotel has a wonderful view of the Kanawha River. The room is spacious but does overlook the road, so you will hear cars throughout the night. The staff is friendly, and the food is good. This hotel is a good value for the money.

I always enjoy staying at the Four Points by Sheraton Charleston. There is just something special about this place. I really appreciate the history of the hotel and the surrounding area. It gives you a sense of Charleston's past while still offering all the comfort you need. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location makes it easy to explore the city. Every visit has been a great experience, and I find myself looking forward to coming back. If you enjoy staying somewhere with character, history, and genuine hospitality, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff was amazing. There were a couple of rooms where the doors stayed open on my floor which made me a little uncomfortable. The second time I mentioned it, it was taken care of. The room was decently clean. Beware that a bottle of water at the hotel is $4. Stock up! There aren't microwaves in the room but there is 1 literally 1 in the lobby. I did gave to call down to the front on day 2 for a clean towel. Overall the hotel and parking felt very safe and the staff were phenomenal and friendly!
