Basic Pit Stop

Hotel was basic and easy to access from main main motor route. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Appears to have been recently renovated. Breakfast was good. No aircon and no fridge for water. So with 30 degrees a bit uncomfortable in the room at night.

Bonjour, j'avais réservé deux chambres avec un réglement sur place, et à l'arrivée je me suis vu annoncer que le montant des 2 nuits avaient été débité sur ma carte. Nous étions deux et avions besoin de 2 factures. J'ai donc demandé à ce que soit recrédité sur ma carte le montant d'une chambre afin que mon collègue puisse régler sa note et la personne à la reception m'a dit que cela n'était pas possible. Il m'a expliqué qu'il pourrait me faire plus tard un virement, et que mon collègue pouvait payer sa chambre. Autant dire que je n'ai pas accepté. Je trouve scandaleux d'être capable de débiter sans accord une carte de crédit mais de ne pas pouvoir la recréditer. C'et du jamais vu et autant dire que je ne retournerais pas dans cet établissement. D'autant que je vais perdre le montant d'une chambre sachant que mon entreprise ne sera certainement pas d'accord de me rembourser 2 chambres pour une même nuité. Cordialement. Laurent Aveline
