We had an excellent stay at Vener Luxury Suites. Really good find. They are perfectly situated in Old Town Chania, close to lots of shops, restaurants and the Old Venetian port. The apartment itself had everything we needed - lovely decoration - with a balcony off the bedroom and then a separate terrace on the roof with sun loungers and hot tub - ideal to retreat to after a few hours sightseeing! Owner/manager Sofoklis was very helpful and sent clear instructions through on how to self check in etc. The cleaning lady Marianne was excellent. All in all we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vener Luxury Suites for a stay in Chania and we will definitely book this place again on our next trip there!

We stayed in the Saphir room and I can't describe how much loved it. Our room was clean, well decorated and has everything we needed. We had a lovely balcony looking out at a church, one evening there were Greek dancers outside. The highlight was our private rooftop jacuzzi and sun loungers! Our cleaner did an excellent job and was friendly. The staff at the supermarket next door were all lovely when we bought our daily water, fruit and pink prosecco! The location is perfect and we couldn't ask for a better holiday. The only problem is we wish we had booked for two weeks instead of one!

The property is in a pedestrian area so taxi driver let me off nearby. When I couldn’t find the property I phoned the contact number and got no reply. A helpful local bar owner got me sorted. The cleaner was lovely and helpful.

Location is perfect. Very nice rooms, decirations. We did have a trouble finding parking, since the city was full of tourists. Easy communication with management.

We stayed in the “Gold Suite”. It was very luxurious. Marble stairs as we walked in. All the furniture and lighting was modern as well as the TV. They had a wonderful hot tub out on the terrace. The bathroom facility is amazing and the water pressure is excellent. The staff including Sofilikis was very friendly and greeted us upon arrival. The hotel is located in the main downtown area and just a few minute walk to the old Venetian harbor.

6/10 Okay

Veldig bra
