Lovely stay! Helpful and friendly staff. Great pool and cafe area. Right on the beautiful sandy beach and beside lots of tavernas and shops. Not noisy. Rooms are a little basic but the AC and the balcony in the 2 bed apartment were great. If there was a way to lock the balcony doors in the kids bedroom that would have put my anxious mind at ease. All in all brilliant stay. Would return.

We had an excellent stay at Eden Beach Hotel. The staff was fabulous. They helped us figure out which adventures to do to maximize our short time in the area. They also recommended some fantastic restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, the beach was very nice. I hope to stay there again.

Our stay at Eden Beach on Crete Island was nothing short of magical. This place truly lives up to its description as a real paradise! We loved having direct access to the beautiful beach right from the property. The garden is meticulously maintained and absolutely gorgeous, offering a serene escape. Plus, its location is perfect, with plenty of excellent restaurants within easy reach. The owner made us feel so at home, incredibly welcoming and attentive. We can't wait to go back!

A great place to stay for families where you have a pool and also the ocean right there. The bar and grill is always ready to provide a snack or a meal. If you like to party, there are several resorts down the beach like Cabana Mare. Eden is very quiet and the staff will do whatever it takes to make your stay just what you want it to be

I keep returning to this hotel as location is great, bus service great and warm and friendly staff. The rooms are large and well equiped. You can walk straight onto rhe beach and transport to Chania or Kolmbari is excellent. You can walk along the beach for miles. Very relaxing location. Easy to get to the airport. What is not to like? Shout out to Yanis. Kind and generous. We shared Raki together.

Amazing stay as usual! This is our second time in two years and we will definitely be back. The hotel has everything you need: cleaning every day with towel changes every two days. It has its own pool and own beach, with beach loungers and umbrellas. It’s literally beach front — the only walk you do is from your apartment to the beach, passing through the pool area. Moreover, they recently opened a bar that caters drinks and snacks, including meals and breakfast options, for your stay during the day at the room, pool area or beach. Not to mention they have plenty of parking and the area has loads of supermarkets and restaurants to choose from, all within walking distance. You don’t even need a car to be honest if you’re planning on staying there and not go around Chania or other areas nearby! Lastly, we went in early September and the sea was amazing. Almost no waves at all and the water was not cold at all — very pleasant! We had loads of fun, the staff is very kind and accommodating… truly a beautiful place that made an amazing stay.

This is a lovely Hotel apartment complex right on the beach, close to the restaurants and several supermarkets nearby. The rooms are lovely and kept very clean. The owners are very helpful and will always supply any additional items if you are missing anything. Sunbeds are now 10 Euros for 2 incl umbrella but this is standard across the resort. Bar service to your sunbed on the beach is included. The beach is great and there is a shallow decent into the sea so great for small children. All in all a fabulous place to stay and easy to get to Chania on the bus only 20 minutes away for 2 euros 20 per person.
