“Hotel policy of NOT providing any slippers was although floor appears dirty from shoe wearing staff was the main drawback of staying in this property. Staff attentive but management reluctance to guests request are disturbing ”

“El servicio y el personal fue realmente excepcional. La oferta de comida es más bien pobre sobre todo para una estancia de más de dos noches. Siendo una isla, estás obligado a comer en los restaurantes del hotel y no hay otra cosa que hacer por la noche que disfrutar de una buena cena. Fue bastante decepcionante dado los precios y el hecho que en Malasia generalmente se come muy bien y con mucha variedad. También faltaron otros detalles de un hotel de 5 estrellas, no eran detalles importantes...

“Property was dirty. Staff was unbelievably rude. Location is good - but there are 25 other hotels within a block or two, so no reason to stay at this location. The whole place was gloomy, almost creepy. Avoid. Pick another place. ”

“Room was clean, beds comfortable and aircon excellent But unable to get Wi-Fi in room and nowhere comfortable to sit except on the bed. Pool lovely but no sun loungers. Room was not serviced during our 4 night stay but clean towels were provided on request. Maintenance also came quickly when a curtain pole came down and they also provided a mop at my request because I was frightened of slipping in the wet room.
