amazing property, we stopped on our way more south. it’s in a great vicinity of everything. not too crowded perfectly on the outside. maybe a mile from the target and dutch bros etc. rooms are huge! will be staying again next year on our way south. the staff was super helpful when it came to our daughters arguing over the pen and paper pad they leave in the room as well as very helpful with early check in. we traveled with 3 little kids and it was perfect!

Clean and spacious room, availability at the last minute, great location in Urbana. Free hot breakfast was appreciated, but most of the food was cold when we arrived to eat about an hour after breakfast hours began.

My only complaint was a lack of a handheld shower head. Great location just off the I 74. Items in the little snack shop were very reasonably priced. The rooms were clean and quiet, impressive because the hotel was packed with kids in town for a ball tournament. Really sweet staff, front desk, dining room, housekeeping.

The breakfast was better than average. The hotel was clean, however there was some obvious unfinished repairs to the drywall going on in my bathroom. I would think they would complete the repairs before renting the room. The front desk staff was not especially friendly. The location was convenient, however, there is a sketchy looking building adjacent to the property. I noticed it when I was walking my dog.

Cons: The pool was very small and not appealing. Sadly, no hot tub. Parking was ten dollars a day. Breakfast was meh, but... Pros: ...breakfast staff were amazing. They were very kind to an elderly guest, served him his breakfast in the dining room. The front desk was very cheerful and helpful. It's a new hotel, so everything was clean and worked well. Within walking distance of downtown and the river walk.
