“I like that it’s location near to the night market and other shops. I didn’t like their breakfast was very poor with different kind of food and they don’t have iron to provide customers rooms but they support to iron internally with free of charge. No too many labors to support and no more guests there I would like to say thanks for Mr. Zoo because he tried to fix many disasters in the hotel and do his best to understand our needs and get our satisfaction.”

“I stayed at this hotel for one night and it was so nice. The lady at the front desk was so helpful and kind. The room was so clean and comfortable. Location is convenient and is close to a lot of shops and very walkable to city center.”

“El hotel está excelente ubicado , cerca de todo, para poder ir caminando en el día o en la noche. El personal que nos atendió de los mejores, Edward es una increíble persona, nos hizo sentir como en casa, fuimos con ellos a una excursión y todo fue espectacular. Tiene desayuno incluido muy bueno, las habitaciones muy cómodas. Totalmente recomendable.”

“the hotel is in a very good location pretty close to the town center and the staffs were really nice friendly and professional the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area they helded us a lot the room was exceptional spotlessly clean and the view of the Lake and town center and the mountains was brilliant we will come back soon to Sa Pa and would stay in the same hotel thank you”

“Property just outside of the city center (10 min walk) rooms were clean and updated. I only stayed 1 night in Sa Pa but when I come back to stay, it would definitely be this place ahain. My view from room (809) was AMAZING.”

“The room was clean overall but the curtains had several spots/stains on them. The room door would not lock shut from the outside when you are leaving. I was nervous about leaving the whole time I stayed. The pool had no water in it (but it was too windy to swim). The shower flooded and everything was dated and need refreshed. However the staff was very friendly.”

“Overall a pleasant experience staying here. The rooms were spacious and they cleaned them well daily. The location is excellent, right beside the lake and a few minutes walk into the heart of sapa village. The only downside was the bed which was not comfortable - I could feel the springs - and the pool wasn't clean, although it's not exactly swimming weather atm (mid 20'). Staff were excellent and breakfast was decent with lots of fruit and cooked options”
