Amazing stay! We stayed for 9 nights and everything was perfect. The location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk to the center of Alaçatı and a short taxi ride to the best restaurants Alaçatı Port. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. Special thanks to Hasan for his kindness and excellent service. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The Best Experience ☀️☀️☀️

Genesis Hotel is one of the best hotels to stay in Alaçatı for me. I would definitely recommend you to experience this amazing hotel. The kitchen of the hotel is of World class quality, the chef does a great job. The gym and spa are of a quality that you will not find in any hotel in Alaçatı. The staff is extremely attentive, respectful and helpful. I would like to thank Mr Osman for his special interest and concern, and thank you again to everyone who made me feel like at home.

An amazing hotel with passion for culturally-rooted hospitality and cutting-edge design and architecture! From architecture to interior and exterior design this hotel is stunning! Every detail is thought of nothing is missed in this hotel! There is a lovely spa as well as a generous sized swimming pool. Breakfast here is lovely with endless options as well as a great bar for cocktails and drinks throughout the day/evening! The staff here are all amazing and I would like to thank Gulbahar, Alperen and Aysu for making our stay an even more pleasant one! The staff are all are passionate about providing exceptional service and are ready to go that extra mile for anything you need. Definetly a 5* Hotel which should have global recognition!

Genesis Otel’de 2 gece konakladık. Maalesef daha girişte olumsuz bir deneyim yaşadık. Saat 17.30 civarında otele ulaşmamıza rağmen bize ayrılan odanın kapısında arıza olduğu söylendi ve odaya girebilmek için yaklaşık 1 saat kapının tamir edilmesini bekledik. Ne yazık ki sorun bununla da bitmedi. Aynı gece kapı tekrar bozuldu, ertesi gün de aynı arıza yeniden yaşandı. Defalarca bildirmemize rağmen başka uygun oda olmadığı söylendi ve çözüm sunulamadı. Kahvaltı da beklentimizin oldukça altında kaldı. Alaçatı’da daha önce konakladığımız birçok otelde çok daha kaliteli ve zengin kahvaltılar deneyimledik. Sunulan kahvaltı oldukça basitti ve bu açıdan memnun kalmadık. Otelin tasarımı ilk bakışta şık görünse de kullanım açısından ciddi eksikleri var. Odalar oldukça küçük. Tuvalet ve banyo, yatağın hemen yanında sadece cam bir bölmeyle ayrılmış. Bu nedenle tuvaleti rahat ve mahrem bir şekilde kullanmak neredeyse imkânsız; içeride yapılan her şey odanın içinden duyuluyor. Klima sistemi de merkezi olduğu için anında çalışmıyor. Klimayı açtıktan sonra yaklaşık 15-20 dakika beklemek gerekiyor. Özellikle yaz sıcağında bu durum oldukça rahatsız edici. Çalışanlar ilgili, nazik ve yardımcı olmaya çalışıyordu. Ancak personelin iyi niyeti, otelin fiziksel eksiklerini ve yaşadığımız sorunları maalesef telafi etmeye yetmedi. Sonuç olarak bu deneyimden memnun ayrılmadık. Tekrar tercih etmeyi düşünmüyorum ve bu haliyle başkalarına da tavsiye edemem.

Top Lage und tolles Personal – Suite deutlich besser als die Standardzimmer, aber Mängel im Detail ​Sterne-Bewertung: ⭐⭐⭐ (3/5) ​Fazit vorab: Auf den Bildern und beim ersten Blick vor Ort wirkt das Hotel Genesis sehr modern und hochwertig. Schaut man jedoch genauer hin, merkt man schnell, dass bei der Verarbeitung und Instandhaltung gespart wurde. Wer hier bucht, sollte unbedingt die Standardzimmer meiden und direkt eine Suite wählen. Man zahlt hier definitiv für die Top-Lage, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist für das Gebotene jedoch über dem Schnitt. ​Die Pluspunkte: Lage, Personal & Hotelanlage ​Die Lage: Das Hotel liegt extrem zentral, direkt neben der wunderschönen Altstadt von Alaçatı. Man ist in wenigen Schritten mitten im Geschehen. Ein eigener Hotelparkplatz ist ebenfalls vorhanden, was in dieser Gegend ein riesiger Vorteil ist. ​Das Personal: Das absolute Highlight des Hotels! Alle Mitarbeiter waren super hilfsbereit, sehr freundlich und extrem lösungsorientiert. ​Die Anlage: Es gibt einen schönen Außenpool mit Liegen zum Entspannen und ein überraschend gutes Fitnessstudio. ​Das Frühstück: Das inklusive, typisch türkische Frühstück war zwar eher klein gehalten, aber qualitativ wirklich gut. ​Der große Zimmer-Vergleich: Standard vs. Suite ​Die Standardzimmer (Nicht zu empfehlen): Die normalen Zimmer sind winzig bis sehr klein und entsprechen überhaupt nicht den ausgeschriebenen Angaben. Öncelikle Genesis Hoteli uzun zamandır takip ediyorduk. Otel belki de Alaçatı'nın en lüks otellerinden biri. Konumu harika. Personel çok güleryüzlü. Özellikle Kayra bey'e ilgisinden dolayı teşekkür ederiz. Suit odada konakladık, oda her ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüş ve konfor üst düzeydeydi. Sezon olmamasından dolayı otelin diğer olanaklarından, havuzdan yararlanamadık.Fakat yazında bu otelde konaklayacağız.

Otelin atmosferinden etkilendiğimiz kadar hizmet anlamında da çok memnun kaldığımızı söylemeliyiz. En başta Karya bey olmak üzere tüm ekibe güler yüzleri ve ilgi alakaları için teşekkür ederiz. Odalar konforlu, her detay düşünülmüştü. Spa, spor, havuz imkanlarına bayıldık. Konaklama koşulları haricinde kahvaltı da harikaydı! Sadece kahvaltı için bile tekrar tekrar gitmek istiyoruz. Otelin konumu oldukça merkezi ve araçlar için park alanı vardı. Yazında kolaylıkla keyifle konaklamak için harika bir tesis olduğunu düşünüyoruz.
