“Hotel incómodo, habitaciones pequeñas, baño pequeño e incómodo, limpieza correcta. nos dijeron que tenían un problema con la calefacción, pues no funcionaba y nos dieron una estufa que utilizamos los tres días que estuvimos, por lo que la conclusión es que el problema era permanente y es lo que deben decir a los clientes que acostumbran ser de una sola noche. Las tres estrellas brillan por su ausencia dos y gracias.”

“The Barns Hotel is a great place to stay. Staff are very accommodating and friendly, room was comfortable and clean and there is free parking. The restaurant served reasonably priced food and the breakfast was lovely. The manager kept the bar open until we had all returned from a local festival. We would stay here again in the future 😁 ”

“Good hotel like most of Holiday Inn Express. However this time the room was not as clean as you would expect for a +85 Pound/night hotel. The desk in the room was sticky with plenty of marks from previous guests. So was the mirror in the bathroom with written messages that showed up with the shower steam which proves the room had not been cleaned as you would expect. All rest of things were perfect. “This was our second stay at Brook Marston Farm Hotel. The peaceful surroundings makes your stay relaxing. Staff are friendly, very helpful and go the extra mile for you. “This place is always spotlessly clean. Has everything we need always leaves coffee n tea sachets etc perfect for the morning brew. So quiet. We and our daughter had a room each and was perfectly placed next tk each other . I cannot praise this accommodation enough. ”
