No hot water, and Landing is aware of the issue. No instructions on what door to use upon arrival or door code.
They send info through email, text, and their app instead of everything through one channel.
Apartment was clean but no hot water or check in instructions was unacceptable.

Property was beautiful and very clean. Instructions on check-in are sent to your phone, and the rest (Parking access and access to property) is on the app. The instructions were a little confusing, but entrance into the property and room were extremely easy. Price was actually pretty good.
