we have been coming here every year for 6 years now. the room had a musty smell, we brought plug in air fresheners. The guest laundry room was not working; we were told by a manager to go up the road to the laundry mat... the ice machines on the 2nd and 3rd floor were not working; you had to go to the first floor to get ice. some of the staff; Penny and Mo both were incredible as were some of the housekeepers.... they made our stay. They were just wonderful.

Breakfast gets a 10 out of 10!! Love all the options and the yummy flavored waffle mix!! Pool and hot tub were great!! I mean if all hot tubs can be that temp I would love it!! While we enjoyed our stay there were a few hiccups. Not all of us could get on the WiFi. I did not like the lack of full service in the room. It is fine in general but we ran out of toilet paper and we would have liked more towels as there were 4 of us. We did go to the desk for the things we needed but a simple service of checking the bathroom would have shown what we needed replaced. That being said we liked it and would definitely stay here again!
