We were able to check in at 2:00 and had the pool and hot tub to ourselves. They were great! We loved the back yard patio chairs to dry off. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and the dining area was very clean and welcoming. We liked the colours throughout the hotel, including the bright towels in the pool area.

Excellent property with very welcoming staff who offered ideas for sights to see and restaurants to try . Very clean well maintained room and all facilities were excellent. One small thing which could improve breakfast would be to provide proper knives and forks rather than the flimsy plastic ones .

Room and property were very clean and well maintained. Rooms are large and spacious, showers are well stocked, and the bathrobe+slippers was a nice touch. Amenities (pool, hot tub and sauna) were fantastic - worked well, lots of towels, and very clean. Staff was very friendly, accommodating and happy to help with requests. Breakfast was a wonderful continental style spread with enough to fuel your morning. Location was very convenient for day trips to Goderich and Grand Bend.

It was my first visit and it was 10/10. Love love love the design and decor. Facility is spacious. The pool, hot tub and gym are perfect. Free breakfast is of good standards and has a good variety. Thank you for the complimentary pop ans coffee in the room. That was 10/10 in terms of service. The outdoor furniture and hammock was my mom's favorite. Will recommend to everyone!

This was our second time staying at this location and it remains one of the cleanest, well kept hotels out there. To start, the staff are amazing and very helpful. The property is immaculate with lovely gardens surrounding the building. The rooms are incredibly clean and well kept. The free water and soft drinks were a nice touch. Our room had a problem with the bathroom door when we first arrived. We were moved into a different room and an hour later saw that there was a handyman on site working to correct the problem. We faced the front of the building yet there was no road noise to be had. The pool area was clean and the basketball court was a nice touch. 5 out of 5!!
