Very nice historic hotel with nice bedrooms and an amazing view from the restaurant. Breakfast is quite expensive (not included in room rate) if you're not really hungry / don't want much from the buffet but food was good. Hotel staff very helpful. Restaurant staff less attentive in the evening - had to chase a number of times and food was a bit cold because they just left it waiting on a tray near our table - but breakfast service is much better. In the evening I would recommend just having a drink to appreciate the view of the square rather than eating there.

Great customer service!

Nice rooms even if they are over 100 years old. The problem is the noise. We asked for the quietest room. There’s a karaoke like bar in the hotel or next door that belts out booming music like there’s no tomorrow from 10pm to past midnight. Also don’t get a connecting room. Even though it’s bigger you can hear everything if the room next door is occupied. Also there appears to be some kind of constant booming sound. Asked for a coffee bag because the one in the room ripped and the guy at the front desk refused to give a new one. Unbelievable. The phone did not work and neither did our safe. Great water pressure. Other than that the property is in the center of everything. Just be aware that it will be noisy at night. Other than this guy the front desk was very nice and helpful.
