The hotel was well staffed with a comfortable lobby and beautiful lights. The room was spacious on the bed was very comfortable. The TV was fine in the CR was clean and fully functional. The breakfast was good. Nice easy walk from the hotel to the mall. I would stay there again.

Room is not updated. Cannot turn off lamps. AC directly to one of the bed only. Unsecured Wi-Fi. You can hear people outside the room. I feel unsecured when leaving the room. However, staff are very friendly and helpful.

Executive room was spacious and clean. Staff were FANTASTIC at every position. ALL were honestly eager to assist, help, etc.. Breakfast (free) was good, room service was good. AC worked great in room, probably overall the best hotel in the Philippines all around - real close to Ayala Mall as well, underground parking (free) for my motorcycle, etc.... Be VERY careful in bathrooms, as tile gets wet/slippery. Overall, highly recommended, and I have stayed in dozens over the years. This will be my go to in Cebu!!

I have arrived at 4am at the property due to there check in policy I have charge full amount which is fine, room was spacious and clean, coffee amenity were present which is I love it as coffee lover. However I have requested for MUR but no one attended until I came back from the room which is disappointing, no bidet in washroom. Overall concept of the room is outdated its not reflecting a luxury five star mandarin property.
