The property’s amenities is excellent. The unit that rented needs a lot deep cleaning and improvements. Comfort Room is dirty. Spoon n fork try is rusting. Beddings are itchy felt unwashed.

We had an excellent stay at this property. The place is charming and clean, though the sink faucets It had all the basic amenities we needed, making our stay comfortable and convenient. One minor issue we noticed was that a few of the faucets were a bit wobbly and showed some wear, but they were still functional and did not significantly affect our stay. Communication with the property manager was smooth and responsive from booking to check-out, which made the entire experience hassle-free. The location is truly one of its best features—perfectly situated with easy access to everything we needed. We highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again.

I had such a great experience staying! The place was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It had everything I needed, from comfortable bedding to a well-equipped kitchen. The location was perfect — quiet and safe, but still close to shops, restaurants, and transportation. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and communication with the host was excellent. They were very friendly, responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. What I appreciated most was the attention to detail — little touches like complimentary coffee. Oh! and you can use the pool. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

We did not like the fact that we were given a different room when we arrived not only it was a different room but the shower is broken where we can’t shower after a long flight and no Internet. It took days for the owner/rep to respond to our requests like iron, extra sheets ( we stayed for 29 days) toiletries and other stuff they listed will be provided. It’s not that we can’t afford it but it was expected as part of the package. We got sick so we checked the AC filter and it has thick lint and dust! The view was good and the location was perfect because we can walk to practically everything.

What was unique in the place is that it was spacious. Our family of 6 perfectly fits. The unit also was homey, smelling good and well-kept. The space was also near to the mall and convenience stores. Transaction went smoothly. I would take this unit again if I visit Cebu in the near future. I would also recommend this to my sister and friends when they visit the Queen City of the South.

Beautiful building located centrally to many retail stores, anything you could need or want is within walking distance(banks, restaurants, mall), the neighbors are welcoming, the staff is friendly, security is top notch.
