Condominios en Cautano

“The room was great. Clean, modern, well equipped. I had other expectations about the place. This is not a hotel but a B&B. Once that's understood, the service exceeded expectations as it was very cordial. The building was hard to find (I had showed up at another building of the same B&B - Google Maps took me there, I had to exchange WhatsApp messages with Michela. She was very kind, although she didn't speak English, but we relied on WhatsApp and translation). I suggest you call / message them...

“A beautiful historic property centrally located. If you arrive by car, you must pay 18 euros per night for parking.”

“Very nice hotel, great room, had a lovely meal, pool was also very nice. Convenient parking lot.”

“A Villa Matera é um verdadeiro refúgio de paz, uma combinação de uma vista espetacular para a montanha, uma piscina incrível e um atendimento acolhedor. A casa é linda, moderna e super confortável. Perfeita para quem quer visitar Matera e depois relaxar com total privacidade. Altamente recomendada!”

“The staff was welcoming, professional, and extremely helpful. Giuseppe made out stay at Hypnos. He went out of his way to be helpful and make our stay pleasant. The room was immaculate. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and offered more than a typical continental breakfast. The parking on site was a bonus. I highly recommend this property.”

“The property is beautiful, but our stay was deeply disappointing and, after approximately 40 years of travelling in Italy, the worst we have experienced there. The service was poor and the property felt disorganised. The owner rarely acknowledged guests, but readily lectured them, made loud phone calls near guest rooms and crossed supposedly private terraces. These terraces were also continuously monitored by cameras. The key card failed repeatedly; after the second failure, our calls and...

“Vi brugte hotellet en enkelt nat. Venligt personale. Flot morgenmadsbuffet. Spørg efter Wifi i receptionen.”

“Easy check-in and nicely appointed room, the bed was cozy and the shower was nice and hot. I didn't opt for breakfast but would probably recommend it, not too many places open in the morning around there, but plenty of bars and restaurants in the evening. Staff was super welcoming and gave me a glass of prosecco and potato chips on arrival, and speaking English was no problem for the staff I interacted with. Highly recommended!”

“Todo muy bien menos el desayuno, estuvimos en otros que incluía el desayuno pero este en particular nada variado y malo..”
