“Very clean room and extremely kind and helpful staff! They helped me book all my transportation and gave great recommendations.”

“I have been traveling around the world and this hotel is one of the most terrible hotels I ever stayed. Don't believe the description as most is incorrect. It is Noisy. Dirty, and no towels. People were screaming for hours and the hotel staff didn't do anything about it. Of course no breakfast as the description states.”

“Door spoil, air conditioning not cold.”

“Loved it!”

“We travelled all the way to a floating pontoon only to discover they have closed the business and we were marooned on the water until they sent a boat to collect us. No email or message informing us our paid for booking was not going to be honoured, just got left for fools, expecting to find our accommodation waiting for us upon arrival. Terrible experience.”

“Super helpful staff, made things very easy”

“Tuvimos una fuga de agua en la habitación, pero de inmediato nos cambiaron a otra en lo que la arreglaban y quedó perfecto, el personal muy servicial. Rentamos un tour por la bahía ahí en el l hotel y fue muy lindo, puntuales y cumplieron con todo.”
