We stay here every year. Love the rooftop hot tub, use of sauna or having wine and food on the rooftop around the firepit. Rooms are clean and nice, staff are super kind.

You can’t judge this hotel by the entrance, which was quite small, cold, and leading to 2 restaurants and a nightclub that closes by 9 or 10. The room was wonderfully quiet and well equipped. The cool looking brick walls probably contribute to the quiet. Loved the towel warming rack and the large rain shower head. The bed was comfy and wood floors instead of carpet, which was great. All around positive and we would stay here again! Splash marks on wall should be wiped clean.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Savoy and using the rooftop hot tub was really nice. The bed was super comfy but we were a little disappointed that not all of the fancy shower jets could be used. Overall we had a great stay.

Will absolutely return! Great location, well appointed rooms, and a nice common area. The bedding was very comfortable, and the bathroom was very nice, with heated floors and a towel warmer. We were unfortunately unable to use the hot tub due to maintenance, but the staff notified us ahead of our trip, and offered us a discount for our next stay. My only complaint was that the edge of the of the shower floor had a strange disoloration. We were not sure if it was a stain or just unclean. Other than that, it was excellent.

We had a great stay at the Savoy. Our room was excellent, loved the vintage feel. The well equipped common area was nice to have and the rooftop patio and hot tub was a unique touch. Location was great, easy walk to the many restaurants in Nelson. Looking forward to staying there again.

Our favourite hotel when coming to Nelson. We love being able to reserve a private time for the hot tub. The hot tub has not been fully clean the last 2 times we visted. There was some sand on the seats plus bird poop. The rooms are unique and always very clean.

Such an awesome space! The lounge area was great, and having coffee / tea / bottled water in that space as well was so nice. I had the best sleep in a very long time on the coziest bed. We will be back for sure!

It was a cool room loved the exposed brick and it was spacious and clean. Would have liked some black out curtains and it was disappointing that the body spray in the shower wasn’t working. Otherwise it was a fantastic location to venture downtown. Appreciate that it was pet friendly.
