“Adele was friendly on arrival and sorted check in and parking permit promptly. Room itself was large and clean, reasonably quiet (room 3) in spite of having window open and being near moderately busy road. Bed fairly comfortable. In a good state of repair though decorated and furnished in a very dated style. Bathroom was very small. Shower needs a new hose, spraying most of the water at the wall. “It would be great if the car park was marked out better for all. We were on the 3rd floor and there was a tree growing out the window sill. Shaver point too high no where to rest shaver/ electric toothbrush. Windows filthy. T V too high. Soap dispenser too close to where you are showering.”
