“Family run - the owners are young and very sweet. They communicate in English too so for us it was much easier.The place was very welcoming (thank you for the sweets on the pillows) It felt like home! Super clean and abundant breakfast. On Thursdays there is a local market just round the corner too. Few meters away is a pizzeria - buonissima 😊The area is very safe with Children playing outdoors in the evenings. Hélas personne à notre arrivée, seul le chien sympa avec qui nous avons joué un moment, tentant en parallèle de joindre l’établissement. “Hotel Kalura's location is wonderful location. Our room had a spectacular view of the Tyrrhenian sea. The hotel has everything to spend a great vacation, from the excellent restaurant to the beautiful beach. And the staff is very friendly. ”

“It is a beautiful property with a very nice and accommodating family managing/owning it. My only negative thing to say is it isn’t close to markets and restaurants and unless you rent a car, you have to hire a taxi to go into cefalu. However, proper planning (which we didn’t do) can alleviate that. The view is stunning and totally worth it ”
