The hotel says it is smoke free but the whole place smells like it has been smoked in for a very long time. The bed was very uncomfortable. We cut our stay short. Expedia was helpful in getting our second night refunded. The front desk staff was very kind.

The staff is excellent. Our room had not been completely cleaned but staff noticed it immediately and took quick steps. The pool was clean and the kids loved it. Breakfast was good. The problem is the carpet in the rooms and halls are smelly. It smells like an old casino. Replace carpets with laminate and that would improve things a lot.

Large suite for reasonable rate. Had to wait more then an hour because of housekeeping issue. The restaurant was a national chain and food was good. Very dated but large and clean. Worth the price for the size 😊
