Não existe um cuidado com lençóis, são colocados nas camas sem passar ferro, isso deixa dúvida se foram trocados ou não, não tem um edredom para se cobrir, colocam manta, e a manta também não tem qualidade, tem quartos que as toalhas são de péssima qualidade, não tem sabonete em todos os quartos, a TV é de 32 polegadas, em fim. O café da manhã é bom.

Pontos de melhoria: Café da manhã: poderia ser disponibilizado mais cedo. Dous dias, precisei sair para trabalhar antes das 7h e tive que tomar café em outro local, já que o serviço só começa a partir desse horário. Os corredores de acesso aos quartos são muito escuros e poderiam ter uma iluminação melhor.

Pontos muito altos: Front desk com D Gabi, pessoa extremamente simpática e atenciosa pronta para resolver qualquer demanda. Realmente incrível, fora da curva. Café da manhã sensacional com bem mais de 30 ou 40 opções. Quarto bom, banheiro limpo roupa de cama e toalhas ok. Tive problema com ar condicionado que foi resolvido com troca de quarto. Indico e voltaria a me hospedar. Único senão é pouca visibilidade para quem vai a noite. Poderia ter algum tipo de letreiro ou placas indicativas.
