The beds were so comfy. 4 pillows provided from the get go. Plenty of towels from get go. This was a really good stay. Desk clerk so-so. They were always seemed distracted and had to wait for them. So clean except for sketchy carpet but I guess that is normal for hotel, maybe just older. Good comfy stay.

Mya at the front desk was an absolute rock star. She was so helpful when I called prior to my stay with a question and even more helpful and personable when I arrived. Our room was clean and spacious but was a little musty and warm. We kicked the ac down a bit and it cleared up no problem. The towels are fresh and fluffy. The bed and pillows were very comfy. The breakfast was very tasty; fluffy scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, pancakes, biscuits and gravy and a waffle making station. A variety of yogurts were in the fridge along with an assortment of packaged pastries, muffins, and cereals. Coffee and juice options were also available. The entire breakfast area was spotless and well taken care from the pleasant staff! We enjoyed our stay very much as the midway point in our relocation move from Florida. We also had our 2 cats and dog with us and everyone was so welcoming and friendly! 10/10

I had a wonderful stay. My room was very clean, the air was cold and the bed was extremely comfy. The employees we very friendly. I enjoyed the fact they would carry a conversation about what went on for the day. I will definitely stay here again when traveling through.

Every single hand sanitizer was empty. I notified front desk and maid service all were going to refill. Everyday I was there from Friday- Monday and it never happened. My bathroom ceiling had black mold over the shower . I actually used a cloth to see if would rub off to verify and it did. I notified front desk. I notified front desk on the need of fresh towels. I gave the used ones to maid service and they were out of clean ones. I left came back and had to request from front desk. Breakfast should be labeled what it is. Vegetarians would like to know what’s in the eggs and omelet? Putting eggs next to meat makes it gross. Putting pancakes next to meat also makes a non meat eater not eat anything. This was rated high. The pool was indoors and was Hot and the pool bottom needed to be cleaned. It was dirty for sure. It was lacking a good scrub. I passed I using as I did not want what was in there. Overall I would pass on staying here again. Paid to much for nothing. Disappointed

Staff was incredibly friendly but the bathrooms were dirty. Sheets and bedding we all clean just the shower had a lot of mold/mildew and hair from pervious stays. In their defense, the property also looked like it was going through some type of renovations. Excellent location. Very convenient to Starbucks and various food options.

Breakfast was not great. It was the same exact thing every single day and they have those reconstituted powdered eggs that don’t even taste like real eggs and they had sausage that tasted like nothing but fat. I was hoping that maybe one day there would be a turkey sausage option or maybe a bacon option but it never changed. Luckily, you can easily walk across the street to Starbucks. A few things look a little worn down on the property, but maybe they’ll be repaired during the update that they’re working on.
