The Staff Wonderful, very helpful from the front desk day and night also the concierge, restaurant staff was great also the staff helping that was very helpful booking the excursion hats off to them 2 lovely ladies that was handling that and giving us information on were to go to nightlife i highly Suggest Staying here at OZ Collection Hotel very Safe area and convenient to the stores restaurant in walking distance 1 block from the Beach i will return soon to explore more or Cartagena and other surrounding cities please book a tour and ATV Ride money exchange bank and local Bank are in walking distance

OZ Hotel 🏨 Collection is awesome. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Roof pool was amazing, especially at sunset 🌞. Location is one the best, Boca grande has lots shops and restaurants. 10/10 I definitely stay again. 🙏🙏
