Un desaste total

Instalaciones malas, puertas en mal estado, almohadas con plásticos que hacen mucho ruido, baños en mal estado, personal de oficios varios no respetan y llegan en la mañana hablando duro, cantando, chiflando en el pasillo sin importarles que hay turista queriendo descansar. Todos comentaban en el restaurante las pésimas condiciones del hotel. Costoso y no lo recomiendo.

Estuve hospedado dos dias en el el hotel. El primer dia sin problemas y decidi extender un dia mas pero el siguiente dia me despertaron alas 8:00am, despues alas 10:00am y alas 12:00pm denuevo y me dijeron que tenia que salirme porque no tenian mi reserva

Un hotel promedio, para dormir, con gran personal

Es muy difícil evaluar este hotel. Se debe partir por la relación precio-calidad, ya que no se puede exigir las prestaciones de un hotel superior, aunque el costo en temporada alta no me pareció del todo barato (COP$260K noche, acomodaron doble, con desayuno). Las habitaciones cumplen con lo básico aunque en una de ellas no me dieron toallas y en otra no había dispensador de jabón. Es un hotel para dormir únicamente. Dos habitaciones tenían algo de olor a humedad, una de ellas me la cambiaron, la otra dijeron que ya no habían más disponibles, así que tuve que aceptarla. Por suerte el olor se disipaba un poco con el aire acondicionado. Lo rescatable, el desayuno es decente y tienen entre 4 y 5 opciones. Lo mejor del hotel, de lejos y sin pensarlo dos veces, es su personal. Atento y con la mejor disposición de resolver posibles inconvenientes, tanto como les es posible. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, a dos cuadras de una de las mejores playas de bocagrande.
