“This was a late booking, and I wasn't sure if I'd get there on time (I was coming from Sydney); but all was good. Room was clean, warm, and the coffee AND BISCUITS in the room were most welcome.
btw ... having the Chinese restaurant on the premises was a huge bonus too. I ordered take-away that night (because I'd arrived late) and the servings were huge!

“The one and only lift is down and my family have to carry 3 big luggage’s up to our room at level 3 via the stairs! Pretty tough as we have kid too. Our room requires a bit more cleaning .. spider web in the balcony and left over expired food by the previous stayer in the fridge.”
