4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
My check-in experience at the front desk was pleasant, and the office staff was friendly. Unfortunately, everything changed once I entered my room. The first thing I noticed was something smeared on the wall above the headboard. I couldn't tell if it was food or something else, but it was disgusting. Next, I tried to turn on the TV, but it didn't work. When I checked the bed, I was even more disappointed. The bedding was clearly not clean and had holes and cigarette burns in it. I attempted to call the front desk, only to discover that although there was a phone in the room, it wasn't even connected because the cord was missing. I had to walk back to the front desk to report the issues. The staff member didn't seem surprised by my concerns. After initially telling me there were no other rooms available, I waited about 20 minutes before another room was finally found. The replacement room was an improvement, but it still wasn't up to standard. I had to request clean pillowcases before I felt comfortable staying there. While the check-in process was good, the condition of the rooms was unacceptable. Cleanliness and basic room maintenance should be a priority. I hope management addresses these issues so future guests have a much better experience.

Room needed to be cleaned better, no toiletries of any real quality provided. Bedspread was stained and lamps and the shades were all mostly broken and had some sort of residue as well as rust on them. One of the nights I stayed the AC would not stay on.
