The resort was great, the room was very neat and clean. The oniy thing we didnt live was when we asked for more towels we we told no that we could do laundry (which is true), and we had to clean any dishes and take our garbage out before leaving at a very specific checkout time. Overall the property and room was great and I would stay again!

Gorgeous and spacious! Love the pickleball courts and the room with the view of the water. For some reason they don't give out the code for the entry gate when they email the unit door code, which is annoying. Regular coffee pot, nothing fancy. Enjoyed the stay, this was our 2nd time.

Lovely accommodations however, they changed our key code after the first nights stay and then it wouldn’t work. We came in late and couldn’t get into our room. No one would answer the 1-800 number. If the restaurant staff had not still been cleaning the restaurant after 10:00pm I don’t know what we would have done. There is no one there to help you if there is a problem or if you need a master key! And their number proved to be useless. Was thankful for the restaurant staff for all of their help in trying to get someone to help us get in. The restaurant is also very expensive to eat at. My husband and I shared a pasta and we both drank water. So three entrees, a kids meal and appetizer was a$170.00 after tip. Can’t afford to eat there but there isn’t much else around. Pool was great and property is always clean and well maintained. Staff is very friendly. Nice place for the money.

My wife and I stayed here while visiting family in Carrabelle, the Villa we stayed in as well the grounds in general were clean and very well kept up. The most memorable thing of the trip would be the staff, the restaurant manager and the server during the days we were there made us feel like we have known them for years.

The only down side we found several roaches in our apartment and the pool in the apartment side needs some major renovation. The other pool by the restaurant is amazing and the staff and the restaurant it’s amazing.

The villa we stayed in was a bit dated - the kitchen appliances were rather old and there were no outlets for phone chargers on the nightstand between the 2 beds. The shower curtain was too low and some insects were crawling around the bathroom floor. The worst part were the floors which were not clean plus the fact that you had to take your trash with you when leaving or pay an extra $100! However the beds were clean and comfortable; the AC system worked well; the water was hot; and the villa was spacious and quiet. A rating of 3.5 to 4.0 out of 5.

Wonderful birthday celebration

We came to celebrate a birthday and had a wonderful time golfing and fishing. Our condo was spacious and homey. The kitchen was well stocked and our beds were comfortable. This isn’t our first time here and won’t be our last.
