We visited last year when the spa was under renovation. We enjoyed it so much we returned this year to try out the new facilities. It did not disappoint. The spa facilities were fabulous. The room was a little on the small side with our luggage to store but had everything we needed. Breakfast was busy but well organised. The staff were efficient and very helpful. We will return again.

Fantastic Hotel in Carnac

We reserved a superior room with views of the salt marsh and it was of excellent quality. On entering the hotel there is a fantastic aroma and it’s obvious the hotel has undergone some refurbishments fairly recently. The reception staff were helpful and very efficient, we ate in the hotel restaurant on the first night and the quality of our meal was also of a high standard. The Spa is currently being refurbished and should reopen later in 2025. Car parking is easy and pretty plentiful, the location of the hotel is just a short level walk to the beach and a few minutes further to shops and a selection of restaurants. Very happy with our stay and would definitely return.

Carnac hotel and spa stay

A really first class experience. The location on the edge of Carnac plage with its bars, restaurants and fabulous beach only a 5 minute walk away is great. All the Brittany attractions within easy motoring distance. Room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. W C is separate from the bathroom. Alleluia! The heated pool and spa was great though somewhat busy on a summer weekend. The breakfast experience is just lovely as you overlook the salt lakes. Can’t recommend too highly.

It was fine for a short stay.

Room an adequate size - clean and comfortable with newly refitted bathroom, location fairly good, staff helpful. The hotel is quite airy - nicer-looking from the inside than it appears in the outside. Free parking on site is very handy. The saltwater swimming pool "complex" is tired looking and shonky and a slightly weird experience. The breakfast is overpriced. We didn't take any treatments, as they were full up - book them in advance if you are visiting at peak times like us. It was all fine, but you kind of understand why it is available when everywhere else is booked up.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est très gentil, accueillant et disponible, les chambres sont très bien entretenues, confortables et agréables. Le seul petit bémol concerne l’absence de mini-bar dans les chambres. Avec les fortes chaleurs que nous avons eues, cela aurait vraiment été appréciable de pouvoir garder des boissons au frais directement dans la chambre. Malgré cela, nous gardons une très bonne expérience de l’hôtel et nous y retournerions avec plaisir ! 😊

Ein wirklich schönes Hotel mit vielen Pluspunkten. + Wasserspender + Gutes Restaurant + Tolle, große Zimmer und tolle Einrichtung + Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, auch auf Englisch + Klimatisiert + Super Lage - nicht mitten im Trubel des Zentrums, aber dennoch gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch der Strand ist nur 2 min entfernt Wenn man was kritisieren möchte und was sucht, dann: - wurde das Zimmer einmal nicht und einmal erst äußerst spät gereinigt. - Handtücher waren nur für zwei Personen vorhanden, was bei einer Dreibett Belegung ungünstig ist. - aufgrund der Nähe zu den mittlereeile gefluteten ehemaligen Salzbecken fühlen sich Stechmücken unglaublich wohl hier. Das ist tatsächlich nervig.

Très bon séjour, je recommande ! L'emplacement est idéal : l'hôtel est très grand, bien entretenu, proche de la plage et offre une magnifique vue. Les chambres sont confortables, bien équipées et le parking est un vrai plus. Le personnel s'est montré très agréable et serviable tout au long de notre séjour. Côté restauration, nous nous sommes régalés au restaurant qui offre un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Seul petit bémol sur le petit-déjeuner, que j'ai trouvé un peu cher par rapport au choix proposé, si on le compare à d'autres hôtels de la même gamme. Un léger point d'amélioration également sur le ménage qui mériterait d'être un peu plus approfondi (un peu de poussière par endroits, quelques gouttes de café au sol et un joint de douche noir à changer), mais rien de bien méchant. Globalement, c'est une très bonne adresse !

Très décevant, explications mensongées. Nous avons séjourner dans cet hôtel pour profiter de l’accès spa. Nous avons été prévenus que la chambre n’était pas disponible avant 16h, cependant l’accès au spa nous a été refusé. L’agent d’accueil nous a réclamé 50€ par personne en plus du tarif du séjour déjà réglé pour pouvoir y accéder. Nous avons également séjourner avec un petit oiseau mort sur la chaise de notre terrasse. Bien seché par le soleil, bien vidé de son corps. Il ne datait clairement pas d’aujourd’hui. Pas de fer à repasser.

Chambre petite mais confortable avec vue sur les salines très joli, petit déjeuner excellent et varié. Piscine très bien chauffée et très agréable (pensez à prendre des claquettes). Centre ville accessible à pieds. Je recommande à 100%.
