“Motel in easy walking distance to town centre. The room was very hot, so had our windows open and seagulls were screaming from 2am The room was clean plenty of hot water. Bed too soft for our liking so didn’t sleep well. Our door didn’t seem to fit right so had to slam it shut and heard a few more being slammed.”

“This countryside property just outside Thirsk is easy to find and offers a wonderful, peaceful retreat. The room was spotlessly clean, featuring a great shower, huge plush towels, bathrobes, and slippers. Having access to a pool and hot tub was a fantastic bonus. “Pleasant Staff, simple book in. Let down by tiny tv & silly early book out time of 10.30am. Charged an extra £25 to book out at 12 having already paid £493 for 3 nights. Breakfast let down by poor ingredients - cheap tasteless sausage.”

“Nice hotel in a beautiful location on the edge of the market square in Masham. The staff were really friendly and our room was good, it's a shame the bar closes early, we were up there for a gig at the Town Hall and wanted a drink afterwards with our friends, luckily the Bruce Arms were very accommodating. A nice place to stay, a shame there were no biscuits in the rooms for your afternoon cuppa though.”

“A warm greeting followed by being taken to our room (room 4) which was a large well furnished room on the front of the property. Super quality linen and a comfy bed. We enjoyed a drink outside looking over the Market place. In the evening we ate in the restaurant - booking definitely advisable.
