CARLSBADS little secret! Great price, huge room! Clean room and bath, nice staff, good breakfast 😋 Soooo much cheaper than the chain hotels in the area. We enjoyed our stay, pool looked great wish we could have tried that too.

I came in with low expectations because the room was so affordable. I came away impressed and ready to stay here again. The staff was incredible, the property well kept, and the breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable and I left feeling well rested.

This was a good place to stay. It's an older hotel but well maintained. Beds were comfy and room was larger than a usual hotel room. We liked the hot breakfast bar (included) at their restaurant

We spent a weekend at the Steven's Inn and it was absolutely perfect! Our room with attached kitchenette was spacious and cozy. Plus being able to cook in our room made travel a breeze. The bed was luxurious and soft, and every surface was clean, neat and tidy. Seeing as one of my partners does a significant amount of work in Carlsbad, I can see the Steven's becoming a home away from home for our family.

The staff is super helpful, rooms are spacious, facility is huge so we walked around with no issues for outdoor exercise, laundry room, exercise room, restaurant ( we did not eat there other than breakfast buffet, which is fine) I noticed loads of people do come there for dining & the bar. I do recommend this hotel, great location & value.

We had a king suite, and there was a ton of space. The room was clean. The hotel is located right on a busy street, which makes it a good location, but it can be hard to get out of the property at times. The breakfast was average, but they did offer a fresh fruit cup that was very tasty. I would stay here again.

Room was large, very clean, Landscaping was meticulously maintained. Staff was very attentive to our needs. We had a loose toilet seat and to my surprise it was repaired within 15 minutes of call. Due to the inconvenience we received a voucher for a free dinner at the their restaurant. Anything on the menu to include a full fresh salad bar. Absolutely amazing food and service!! Definitely recommend staying here and trying their restaurant..

Much more than we expected for the rate. Love the historic nature of the place and the fact that it was renovated and preserved. Very clean, accommodating. Nice pool experience. Loved the roominess and the vaulted ceiling in the room - not experienced that before in a regular motel or hotel. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Clean comfortable rooms that were quite large. It was nice having the sink separate from the bathroom area. The cooked warm breakfast buffet is Rarity. The ice makers are kind of out of date and need to be updated and stocked. Overall a good hotel but it needs a update needs to have a remodel done .
