Best staff interaction I’ve had in a hotel in a very long time. The staff at this location are genuinely caring, helpful and interested in making it a great stay.. Breakfast was fresh and very well done every morning.. My family and I definitely recommend and will be back. Thanks for a great stay!

As soon as I walked into the room I had a bad feeling. There was a disgusting smell and the carpet had stains and was gross. The couch was so old and uncomfortable there was really no way to use the sitting area. Made some food put everything in the fridge and wiped the counter. Shortly after the counter was full of ants. The location is right next to the 5 freway so the car noise was so lound it was unbearable. I was booked for 2 nights. I checked out after the first night and asked for a refund for the second night. Since it was prepaid they refused to refund my money. They did offer me a different room but I declined. I usually don't write reviews. I wasn't going to until I received the 3rd email request to leave a review. So here is is Worst Western.

The place is ideal for families, it has a nice little kitchen to cook, a fridge, and a dishwasher, which is nice. The only issue is that I wanted to charge my phone, and some of the outlets were not working. I thought my phone was charging and turned out it wasn't working. The other issue is that we had requested for toilet paper, and it was never sent up. Other than that, it was an Okay experience

The facility is quite old and though it's been updated, its age shows. The walkways.were not especially clean. Though we were there for a week, we did not use the common areas so I can't comment on them though I entered the dining area briefly on the last day and it seemed clean and pleasant. Our bed was too soft for me, but I have a bad back and ideally need a firm bed, My husband was fine with the bed though. I was able to try another bed, but it felt the same. I really appreciated that the room was cleaned every day. Even the shower curtains were laundered (at least between guest stays). So my impression was that the rooms were kept very clean (I briefly observed a maid cleaning the room next to us and she was washing down even places that hands may have touched, like door frames and knobs) and the staff was very helpful and kind.

Me and my daughter were just there for one night because we were at Legoland and for me it was ideal to find a hotel that was nearby and that also had breakfast in the morning. I originally wanted a one bedroom and something happened and we actually got upgraded to a suite, and it was an amazing blessing for us and Michael was the person working the night shift and he was amazing! The suite was stunning it was our first time experiencing a suite and it was incredibly clean, clean towels, clean sheets, and it smelled awesome! The staff was wonderful, incredibly helpful and very sweet and kind and smiling always. The breakfast option was incredible because they had three different kinds of cereal milk hot oatmeal, they had two hot and ready waffle makers that you could choose from original in blueberry and they had a parfait station. I’ve never seen that before. It was awesome. And they also had drinks, hot and cold, but they also had hot eggs, which was scrambled, sausage and diced potatoes. we had a wonderful experience. I definitely recommend everything was very nice and smooth and a lot of restaurants, gas stations and very close amenities nearby to do with the whole family.

I recently booked a room for my brother and his son while they visited San Diego to go to Legoland, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. My brother absolutely loved the room, saying it was perfect in every way. The location was ideal, and he mentioned that he couldn’t ask for a better hotel. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that made their trip even more enjoyable.

We had a two bedroom suite. The bedrooms were fine but the common living area was terrible! There was a bench instead of sofa and the kitchenette didn’t have any dishes, glasses, cups, nothing. There was dishwasher soap but nothing to wash.

Really good location. Safe, quiet. Freeway is right there, but you can't hear it in the room. Breakfast is convenient, nothing special, but dissent. Rooms are little old, but perfectly clean. Stuff is super helpful.

so many ants in our room. and when i say in our room this includes that ants were found in the beds. we let the front desk know and they reluctantly agreed to switch our room. the next room still had ants. the front desk came and sprayed the ants and did nothing else despite me explaining how upset i was.

Best to be blunt From where we first opened the door to our room it smelled old and moldy. The carpet floors smelled and looked very dirty (cleaning staff used Frebreeze to mask the smells) Our room had a small kitchen area. We did not use, the fridge was warm not cold. When using the bathroom sink the water that flowed out smells like dirty stagnant water (the drains I bathroom sink were black, from mold). The windows are not double paned so you hear the freeway as if you are sitting out side. Lastly wife got some kind of rash from the sheets and we both were scratching all night. We informed the staff and spoke with management about the issues and did not care, they gave no apology nor asked if we wanted a different room (although I doubt it would've been better) no a discount for staying in a hazard room. We 100% do not recommend staying here. This place is more like an under maintenance motel. Zero customer service.
