This is a very nice new hotel, our room was large and well maintained with a very nice bathroom. Coffee bar is nice, and front office staff was pleasant and helpful. The included breakfast left much to be desired with pancakes like crackers and rubbery boiled eggs, maybe get there when it opens for fresher food.

Best place to stay in Carlsbad NM. Clean, pleasant facility. Free breakfast was very good. Beds were soft for my liking, but slept well. Didn’t use the pool or gym. We were there to see the cavern. We would stay here again, if ever in the area.

The property was clean and quiet. Good quality towels provided in the room, in the workout room and at the pool. Nice pool. Pretty good breakfast provided for that type of breakfast. However, I would like to see them provide oat milk or almond milk as an alternative to cow's milk.
