“basico”

“Very clean and comfortable, with beautiful views of the river and fields. There was some confusion with the check in process. We arrived right at the posted check in time and there was no one at reception and no one answered the phone number that was posted on the door. After about an hour, we almost gave up and found somewhere else to stay, but finally found another phone number on the website and got through to someone who then came and checked us in. I think we were supposed to let them know...

“Quite appropriate to visit the area, with parking. Renovated and confortable rooms”

“Ganske udmærket i forhold til prisen. Værten (han) talte udemærket engelsk.”

“Es muy céntrico”

“Amazing place! The view, the people, the facilities. Especially for families. The city is spectacular!! Rooms are a bit loud from the hall and the pilots are giant; otherwise everything was great!”

She just handed us a phone to speak to someone else (the owner?) who said that the room was booked for one person and we would be charged extra money for 2 people. We have a confirmation email stating that the booking is for 2. We have written to the hotel, his reply says we could have cancelled or relocated - a ridiculous thing to say when we are standing there at 17.00 with our bags after a long journey. What...
