Staff is always welcoming and friendly the young lady on reception when I arrived already knew who I was and had my room key ready which I found very impressive and rare to find room was clean bed was so comfy i didn't want to leave will definitely recommend 😃😃

Room was clean, air conditioning was ok for the first night but stopped working the next night. Breakfast was ok. Dining room was leaking water on the floor for two days no signage was displayed to warn customers also nothing was put to collect the dripping water from the ceiling as you can easily slide or slip.

Perfect hotel

Nice clean hotel that included free cooked breakfast. Comfortable and clean bedroom Location was perfect with off site parking and the train station both a minutes walk away. Close to Newport market with its incredible food court and close to music venue Le Pub which was reason for our stay

Great Stay

Would recommend this Hotel. Staff were brilliant, nothing was to much trouble for them, very helpful. Checking in was straight forward. Room was very clean, beds were very comfortable, It served our purpose.
