We stayed overnight at The Langley for a spa day and it was a beautiful experience from beginning to end. The hotel is stunning — elegant, well kept, and with a real sense of occasion the moment you arrive. We were kindly upgraded to a Courtyard Room, which was gorgeous and added something special to the stay. The whole setting is relaxing and indulgent, and the staff throughout were warm and attentive, making us feel genuinely looked after. Paired with the Tribe Spa (where we had fantastic massages), it made for the perfect getaway. We couldn't fault a thing and would happily return. Highly recommend The Langley for anyone wanting a touch of luxury and a proper escape.

Excellent place to stay and the only downside was that I wasn’t there for longer. Rooms are clean, bright and modern. Friendly staff too. Definitely on my list of places to stay again if I’m ever back in the area.

Very , very nice place to stay- quieter hotel perfect for a relaxing getaway. Staff are very friendly and helpful there also and make you feel very welcome. Superb breakfast provided also, with great choice and the best products also. While here you must eat at Blok restaurant, it is an experience you must have if you are a Steak lover.

We arrived quite late, around 9:30pm, but check-in was quick and easy. Every member of staff we encountered was incredibly polite and welcoming, and the hotel itself was absolutely spotless. The spa was still open for another half an hour when we arrived, so we made the most of that, which was lovely! My only real disappointment was the spa access restrictions, which weren’t made particularly clear when booking through Expedia. Hotel guests can only use the spa facilities between 7am–10am and 5pm–10pm. Outside these hours, access is reserved for guests who have booked and paid for additional spa experiences. The outdoor heated pool is also only available to hotel guests between 5pm and 6pm, just one hour a day! Unfortunately, with our late arrival and 11am checkout, we didn’t get the opportunity to enjoy this facility, which was a shame. The food looked lovely, although we decided against breakfast as it was £20 per person, which I personally feel is rather expensive. Aside from these minor disappointments, I genuinely couldn’t fault the hotel. We had a lovely stay and would definitely return! Next time, knowing how the spa operates, I’d probably book a spa experience and treatment in advance to make the most of the facilities. Overall, a beautiful, spotless hotel with wonderful staff. Just wish the spa restrictions had been clearer at the time of booking!

Beautiful boutique hotel. Hard to know where to start, property itself is stunning, decor in all areas is excellent. On arrival reception staff were very welcoming and informative. Rooms are large and very comfortable. Bar is good, prices reasonable and excellent choice. Spa is well appointed. Fantastic evening meal in Blok restaurant, food superb, staff attentive, informative and friendly. Breakfast also very good, again staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. Overall, an outstanding place for a couple to take a relaxing break
