Everything about our trip away was made easy. Check in details emailed to you long before arrival, location was fantastic and a welcome pack of milk, bacon, butter and Welsh cakes was a lovely touch. The property itself was lovely inside and we found ourselves feeling very much home away home here. The area itself I think could do with some investment because it’s got so much more potential! The beach is beautiful and just sandy, no stones or pebbles. Be aware, if the tide is out…it’s a long walk to get to the sea but worth it when you reach it. I think others had noted that parking at the property is fine if there are spaces, you can’t park directly outside the property as you will get a ticket (we saw a lot of cars getting tickets, but literally other side of the road there are some white line markings, you can park on those without getting tickets. There is a car park behind the property which is for the hi-tide place for £3 per day, but we didn’t need that fortunately. There is an Aldi food store a ten minute walk away and there are a few stalls selling burgers, crepes, waffles, ice cream, coffee etc along the way. A walk to the promenade will also get you to some local bars and restaurants etc. there is an arcade right by the beach and they hold a market too (although unsure of dates). Town centre is literally a 15 minute walk as well! Everything is so convenient! I would recommend and should we go wales again, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! Thank you Katrina.
