Convenient stop close to autoroute, but only short drive into town centre for evening sightseeing. Room extremely small but this to be expected . Very welcoming and helpful receptionist. Good parking. Some traffic noise at rear.

Bathroom was exceptionally small, room was very hot due to air conditioning unit not working. Beds were uncomfortable and pillows were virtually non existent.

Very nice.

It's just a motel room really. Comfortable bed, pillow a little firm for me. Free air-conditioning and WiFi. Very clean and the lady on reception is lovely. There is some traffic noise but not too bad. It's situated on a industrial estate about 5km from Carcassonne. I walked it and the French don't seem to believe in pavements, don't do as I did and take the longer scenic route back because you'll have to walk in the road. I'd definitely stay here again.

chambre empestant la cigarette malgrĂ© la pose d'un produit rien n'y a fait. seconde chambre proposĂ©e, la chasse d'eau ne fonctionnait pas et 3Ăšme chambre proposĂ©e les wc fuyait lorsque l'on tirait la chasse et on avait les pieds dans l'eau mais nous l'avons conservĂ©e. Le personnel a essayĂ© d'ĂȘtre efficace mais je pense surtout que cet hĂŽtel est trĂšs vieux, vetuste et est trĂšs mal entretenu.

La chambre suffit pour une nuit mais pour ceux qui souhaitent y passer quelques nuits ne soyez pas trop exigeant avec l'environnement de l'hĂŽtel.. Des personnes qui courent sur le palier de l'Ă©tage de nuit ainsi que des personnes qui vous parle Ă  travers la fenĂȘtre (voyeurisme..) j'y Ă©tais avec ma fille de 17 ans ! Je ne reviendrai plus ! Dommage car la personne qui nous a accueilli a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©actif Ă  notre problĂšme lors de notre arrivĂ©e et trĂšs aimable.

attention, caution et pas de Clim

il y a une caution Ă  payer, ce qui n’est pas dit sur l’annonce, il fait trop chaud dans les chambres, il n’y a pas de climatiseur juste un ventilateur qui ne suffit pas. les chambres sont propres mais personnel agrĂ©able.
