“TBH the location and staff is amazing. The biggest problem is the property itself. I am not a difficult person, I can tolerate broken fan, terrible WiFi, falling curtains (which all happened within 10 mins of my arrival, now I look back it might be a sign) because the staff tried their best to help with these issues. “This was are third visit to the gladstone, Gavin and Stephen are brilliant hosts staff are excellent, food ot the hotel is excellent and not to expensive, car parking either side of the hotel. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at Pebble House because it was opposite the promenade and we had a wonderful sea view. Simon and Emma worked hard to look after the guests and the breakfast was excellent. The location was good with shops nearby and within walking distance of Llandudno main shopping areas. Rooms were clean and we would go there again”

“The bed in room 8 was very spongy. So much so that it was difficult to turn over without bouncing out of the bed! Poor night's sleep. Amenities...bathroom with the toilet so close to the basin you can rest your chin on it! Plenty of room to adjust! Poor value for money.”

“Wonderful owners, fantastic complementary full English breakfast, very clean in historic building right in the middle of all the food and shops in Llandudno. Short walk to the pier and the Great Orme tram. They even allowed us to check in a couple hours early! Will definitely be staying again next time I visit Llandudno from the states!”
