“The rooms were neatly decorated and clean. Hearing the waves just outside our window was relaxing and therapeutic. The free breakfast choices were well thought out and the staff were fantastics! I recommend this resort.”

“The compound seems fairly new. They do events, weddings, parties and conferences. It is on the main road within walking distance to stores, restaurants, bars and street markets. It is also close to the bus stations. Rooms are nice and clean. There's a security guard on site at night. The staff was nice and helpful.”

“What an awful experience,where do I start? A few days before my trip I contacted the property. The owner first said he couldn't host me because he was fully booked and asked me to cancel the reservation. After a few exchanges he said he could host me if I booked directly with him (at a higher price than what I had booked). At that time I could no longer cancel my reservation without paying any fee so, after he said he wouldn't respect my reservation I reported the issue to Expedia. Not so happy...

“Should have earned 5 stars - but apparently we got there during renovations, so we really could not have full access to amenities that we in the process of being brought in or managed in some way. Apparently the website needs some attention as well - the hosts could not see our whole reservation. We were about to leave and find another hotel, but the hosts did some last minute shifting around to make a one night stay tolerable.”

“Room is small with only 1 outlet to plug in anything. To use my curling iron I have to unplug my phone that I need fully charged before going out. The decorative pillows on the bed has a old dusty musty smell and obviously hadn't been cleaned. When I lay in the bed 🛌 my skin keeps itching 😩. The mattress is VERY HARD, but pillows were soft. The Television didnt turn on. The AC turned off on its own. There is no iron in the rooms or blowdryer for your hair. There is no coffee maker either. This...

“The room was fine but the bathroom had mould and toilet was uncomfortable ”

“Receptionist asked me for payment when I tried to check out. He put me on hold for a while just to confirm. I wonder why when I had already made payments days before coming there and yet he put me through such stress. ”

“We had an absolutely incredible stay at this hotel. Awesome staff!! The room was stunning, featuring beautiful decorations and a bed that was exceptionally comfortable. We spent hours on the room patio enjoying the breathtaking view of the ocean. Every amenity provided was useful and added great value to our stay. To top it all off, the food was incredibly great at every meal. Highly recommended!”

“Ko-Sa is a magical place to visit. My wife and I needed a little break from life and Ko-Sa delivered beyond our expectations. The staff was very attentive to our needs from the couple’s massage to a member of staff traveling to pick up my order for flowers. Food was always delicious and the grounds were clean as well. Well done Ko-Sa….we will return. ”
