We had a great stay in this stunning hotel. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms are very well appointed. On a couple of occasions, we had a bowl of freshly picked strawberries waiting for us in our room. There was always a treat waiting for us. We walked everywhere from the hotel as it is well situated on Le Crueset Blvd. Would definitely stay here again. Au Revoir Cannes!

This is a legendary, lush hotel! Absolutely magical! The aesthetics are hard to beat, and the beauty on display everywhere just lifts your soul. The room was supremely comfortable, and housekeeping do their best to make sure you have everything you could think of - and then some. The restaurant and the bar also deliver on the promise of excellence, and the beach facilities are probably the best in Cannes.

I booked the Terrace Suite at the Carlton Cannes and paid a significant premium because I expected the terrace to be the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, it did not live up to the standard or value associated with one of the world’s most prestigious hotels. The terrace itself is impressively large but felt surprisingly underutilized. There was very little furniture, no thoughtfully arranged outdoor living space, and no elegant dining setup to encourage guests to enjoy the area. For the substantial premium charged for this suite, I expected a beautifully curated outdoor experience rather than what felt like an empty terrace. We were travelling with our two-year-old daughter, and the terrace had the potential to be a wonderful family space. However, there were no thoughtful touches or suggestions from staff to help make it more functional or enjoyable for families. It felt like a missed opportunity for what could have been an exceptional feature of the suite. The terrace also appeared to lack regular attention. There were numerous bird droppings, and mosquitoes made it difficult to enjoy the space, with no visible deterrents or preventative measures in place. Considering this is the defining feature of the suite, I expected it to be impeccably maintained and ready for guests to enjoy at any time. Despite these shortcomings, there were many positives

What a great choice to spend my birthday! After coming from Paris, from another great hotel, I have to say that the Carlton in Cannes is a marvel!! Their staff is what we loved the most, they are all fantastic!! From their bellmen to their managers, all attentive, friendly, professional and charming. We loved our room, have zero complaints, beautiful well maintained property, and the view is perfect. We will definitely return!! Thank you Carlton for taking care of us! Fantastic. The daily breakfast was delicious and cannot be missed. All of the servers, especially Luisito, were very kind to us and our dogs. We hope to visit again soon.

Everything I'd hoped for & more

We couldn't have wished for anything to be better, the staff were beyond helpful, the room was perfect not to mention THE most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. If you are considering a trip to Cannes don't ponder about paying the premium for this hotel, just book it, you will NOT be disappointed.

The Carlton has again become one of the finest hotels in the world. The service was outstanding from breakfast till bar closing. Everyone who works there seems so happy! We enjoyed every minute of the week we spent there. We can’t wait to return.

Our room was on th 6th floor with an incredible view of the sea ! The balcony had 2 chairs and a table fir us to enjoy our coffees in the mornings and drinks after a long day exploring the riviera. The room was impeccibly clean and tidy. There was a beautiful bouquet of fresh white tulips and an absolutely delicious cake as a nice welcome touch! The Nespresso esspresso maker with 12 coffee pods is always a wonderful amenity. The included soft drinks, bottled water, juices, beers and chocolates were amazing as well. Florian checked us in and was there at check out anx provided service above and beyond expectations - please give him a raise ! Other service staff such as laundry service and room cleaning were also beyond wonderful. Having a balcony with seats to enjoy the wonderful univstructed view of the sea be cannot be beat ! We have stayed on other hotels on the "Coisette" but the rooms and views did not compare to what we received at the Carlton. This is by far, the absolute BEST HOTEL IN CANNES. Staff is always welcoming and professional, the rooms are spotless, and tge sea view cannot be surpassed !

This is an absolutely amazing hotel - the newly reopened Carlton is back to its iconic best. The staff and service are outstanding from arrival to departure, the hotel oozes decadence and luxury. There’s a new garden courtyard with an amazing pool. This is a 5 star luxury hotel at its finest. A stay is a must when visiting Cannes!!!

We had the most wonderful experience at the Hotel Carlton. The entire staff was so thoughtful and tentative. From Alessio welcoming us to the Riviera restaurant each morning for breakfast and Yanick giving us superb recommendations at Bar 58. We were so sad to leave today - but look forward to returning very soon!!!
