Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, communication
I stayed for 5 nights, i didn’t have Hot Water for 3 days (In Dec)! NOT EVEN once was my room serviced (5 Night Stay), toilet rolls, espresso pods refilled! Room Carpet was dirty (hardwood/stone floors with few carpets a lot better). Customer service is non existence. Couldn’t get a reply or hold of anyone (text/calls). The balcony’s fake grass carpet is disgusting, it was pulled out & coming off (either get rid of it or uninstall it, stone floors are better), i couldn’t open balcony door properly at all. Ceilings are damp. TV Doesn’t work. The room door code is too long. All night every night, i could hear thumping noise from Club downstairs (& i was on the 3rd floor). No lift btw. Bathroom ceilings are damp & wet. NEVER again. I want a refund.
