Amazing Staff & Wonderful Stay
I genuinely had such a wonderful experience staying at The Nomad. What stood out to me the most was the staff. From the lobby staff to housekeeping and the restaurant team, everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming.
They went above and beyond throughout my entire stay. The restaurant staff would bring my orders directly to my room, and the staff would check on me regularly to make sure I was doing okay and had everything I needed. They even remembered my name! There were times I would be walking down the stairs and hear, “Jasmine!” called out in the sweetest, happiest, sing-songy way. 😂 It honestly made me feel so welcomed and cared for.
The room itself was also very comfortable. I really appreciated having a smart TV, AC, and a small private balcony. Those little conveniences made the stay even better. & the food from the restuarant was very delicious!!
& when the neighbor’s dog kept me up one night, which was obviously not something the hotel could completely control, once I mentioned it to the staff, the Manager actually spoke with the neighbors about it. I didn’t hear from that dog again, and I really appreciated that they took my concern seriously and did what they could to help.
Overall, the staff truly made this stay special. Everyone was so friendly, attentive, and genuine, and I really appreciated how they made me feel welcomed every single day. I would absolutely cons
