No check-in não existe nenhuma ajuda com as bagagens. Sem cordialidade no atendimento. No restaurante se sair para pegar algo a mais no buffet recolhem sem permissão. O estacionamento é cobrado mesmo sendo no pátio. Se houver muitas demandas não existe vaga perto e nada coberto. Teve chuvas fortes de granizo prejuízo na certa. Cobrança da estadia para pet e não oferecem nada para os animais. Já tinha frequentado este hotel. Houve mudanças e para mim jamais retornaria para me hospedar neste hotel. Existe coisa melhor na Serra.

Quarto limpo e bem arrumado. Café da manhã bem caprichado e bem variado. Equipe de funcionários e garçons excelentes. Só o estacionamento que agora é pago por diária, considerando que o carro fica no tempo e as vezes longe da entrada da recepção não vejo necessidade nenhuma de cobrança, é a terceira vez no Tri Hotel, ja quero voltar.

Pontos de destaque positivos: 1) a equipe do hotel muito educada e prestativa. 2) a piscina é aquecida na temperatura ideal. 3) a área do hotel muito linda e bem cuidada, em meio a vegetação nativa. 4) campo de futebol pequeno, mas com gramado bem cuidado. Pontos negativos: 1) o quarto que fiquei parecia um pouco antigo, embora isso não tenha reduzido tanto o conforto. 2) a cama de casal, na verdade, são duas camas de solteiro juntas, o que torna a área de junção pouco confortável. 3) a cobrança de diárias para estacionar o carro no interior do hotel, sendo que a área externa para estacionamento é muito grande, com sobra de vagas. Me pareceu mais uma política para arrecadar mais recursos dos hóspedes.

Wifi péssimo, tv funciona 2 canais, estacionamento aberto (cancela) sem guardas e cobrado na saída do hotel. Frequento a anos este hotel é lamentável a situação em que se encontra atualmente.
