Hotel e estrutura excelentes! De maneira geral uma ótima estadia! Instalações novas, e hotel com estrutura para o frio de Gramado! Pontos que deixaram a desejar: tempo para limpeza e arrumação do quarto. Camareira apenas arrumou a cama e fez a reposição de toalhas, sem limpar o quarto. Isso se repetiu durante os dias de estadia (4 dias). Equipe de estacionamento prestativa, com exceção do funcionário Joelson, que em nenhum momento demonstrou receptividade aos hóspedes, e nem sequer teve capacidade de responder um “bom dia”. Sem vontade nenhuma de trabalhar. Outro ponto que acredito que possa melhorar é a abordagem durante a hospedagem para o hóspede virar “proprietário” da acomodação. Inúmeras vezes fomos abordados insistentemente para apresentarem para nós a proposta para sermos proprietários da acomodação, sendo que em momento nenhum manifestamos tal desejo. Acredito que os hóspedes vão ao hotel para descansar e não ficar fugindo de funcionários que insistentemente tentam vender a proposta de virar proprietário do hotel. Acredito que nesse ponto poderiam melhorar a abordagem. Pontos positivos: equipe da recepção, equipe de pessoas que levam as malas, e funcionária do restaurante Ana, muito atenciosos e prestativos, estão de parabéns! De maneira geral, muito boa estadia! Acredito que para tornar a experiência completa, precisam prestar atenção nesses detalhes! Às vezes menos é mais, fazer o simples bem feito!

Hotel novo e bonito, quarto muito bom, silencioso e confortável, ducha excelente, instalações em geral idem. Possui piscina aquecida coberta, jacuzzis, sauna, cinema, salão de jogos, sala gamer, academia, brinquedoteca, copas baby, áreas de estar com lareira, bicicletas para empréstimo, mercadinho. O entorno do hotel é muito arborizado, silencioso e agradável, além de ficar perto de tudo. Café da manhã farto e variado, com ilha de tapiocas e panquecas feitas na hora. O serviço de manobrista funcionou de forma ágil e sem aborrecimentos, e devido à quantidade de diárias ainda obtive um desconto. Restaurante Vivenza é excelente, todos os pratos que pedimos estavam muito bons, com preço dentro dos padrões para a qualidade. Quanto à venda de cotas, viajei preocupado em ter aborrecimento (o que infelizmente é a regra, não a exceção), mas não houve qualquer transtorno - não vejo problema em oferecer, convidar, fornecer algum impresso, desde que com transparência, sem insistência e constrangimentos (diferente do que fazem funcionários toscos em busca de "metas"). Se faziam isso antes, aparentemente corrigiram a trajetória. De negativo, o principal é só haver bebedouro/purificador na academia; deveria haver ao menos nas copas baby também. Houve também um problema intermitente com um dos elevadores do Bloco A, causando filas. Por fim, a cobrança "opcional" dos 10% sobre as diárias conflita com a declaração da Hotéis de taxas e impostos incluídos; mas pedi para remover e tudo OK.

Experiência no geral, muito boa. Instalações muito boas e funcionários atenciosos. O restaurante, que é terceirizado, é regular, para menos, variedade no buffet, tanto do café, como no jantar, mas de má qualidade . Sugiro uma revisão urgente, pois um hotel confortável, bem localizado e grande, não pode oferecer um serviço de alimentação precário.
