Gostei muito do hotel, é um hotel novo. Quarto bom, cama boa, espaço bom, chuveiro ótimo, roupas de cama e banho de excelente qualidade, amenidades excelentes também. A área do lobby é muito sofisticada, tem uma linda decoração, um lugar muito agradável. Equipe muito educada e atenciosa. Café da manhã bom, tudo novinho, macio e com ótima aparência; mas acho que poderia ter um pouco mais de variedades, principalmente de bolos. Mesmo assim, adoramos, pois é tudo muito gostoso. Eles também oferecem um cardápio a parte com omelete, tapioca, crepe, ovos beneditinos e mingau de aveia, o qual ajuda muito. O hotel é bem localizado, bem perto do centro de Gramado, fica em uma área bem tranquila. No geral, indico e estou satisfeita com minha hospedagem.

Desde a nossa chegada até a nossa saída, foi tudo perfeito!!! A equipe da recepção foi extremamente cordial. O quarto estava muito limpo e os lençóis e toalhas muito cheirosos. Excelente propriedade e funcionários muito solícitos. A taxa diária cobrada pelo estacionamento achei abusiva pelo valor já pago pela hospedagem. A piscina aquecida é muito pequena em relação à quantidade de quartos do hotel e o ambiente onde ela está instalada não oferece o isolamento adequado em relação aos ventos frios.
