The view was perfect from the hotel room, and the front side of the hotel. The hotel room was always immaculate. The balcony had a hammock and a stunning view. Kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. Staff were very understanding, patient, polite and helpful.

Very nice hotel. Room was big and spacious. The service was outstanding. The food exceeded my expectations. My only complaint for an all inclusive hotel is the fact that you get a bill every time that you order something. Although you do not have to pay since it is all inclusive, but you get asked to give a tip. For me this was so annoying. Besides that everything was perfect. If the hotel eliminates this procedure I would return as many times as possible.

The property was very clean and the staff were very attentive. The food and the amenities at the resort were top notch. However, there were a lot of mosquitos in the resort; apparently it was due to the rain. Right behind the property (outside), there’s a residential area that can be a bit noisy.

The room was clean and staff are wonderful but booking with expedia is worst. We booked all inclusive but after we reached the Hotel ,we have been told that was a wrong information. Expedia must return our money. Beware of expedia booking.

we enjoy this resort. We got an upgrade suite with laundry and chicken. Everyone was friendly. Room service 24hours was incredible.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. The service was excellent, and the room was beautiful. The only downside was the shower—the water pressure was very weak, and it took a long time to get hot. Aside from that, the food selection was great, and the spa was absolutely amazing and enjoyable. I’m already planning my next trip here. Such a beautiful place with wonderful people!
